1:1 Therapy
Individual therapy at Evoke is fully customized to you: your story, your goals, your pace.
Sessions are 45 minutes standard, with extended 60–90 minute sessions available when deeper work calls for more room. Every session blends evidence-based talk therapy with somatic, mind-body practices: grounding, breathwork, and mindfulness tools you'll actually use between sessions. This is holistic therapy for your whole nervous system, not just your thoughts. Meet in Evoke's private home studio in Broad Ripple, virtually from anywhere in Indiana, or ask about travel sessions.

Couples & Family Therapy
Relationships are where our deepest wounds and our deepest healing: happen. Evoke offers therapy for couples and families navigating communication, connection, conflict, and change. This includes sex therapy and affirming support for complex relationship dynamics: kink, BDSM, polyamory, and ethical non-monogamy (ENM) in a space that is sex-positive and completely judgment-free. You will never have to explain, defend, or translate your relationship structure here. Come as you are; we'll work on what matters. Sessions are available in-studio, virtually, or via travel session for families and groups.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
Some things are hard to talk about. With ART, you don't have to. Accelerated Resolution Therapy is an evidence-based approach that uses guided eye movements to help your brain reprocess distressing memories, images, and sensations: harnessing your brain's natural neuroplasticity to create real, lasting change, often in far fewer sessions than talk therapy alone. Many clients notice a shift after their very first ART session. ART is especially powerful for trauma and PTSD, anxiety, phobias, and distressing imagery and it never requires you to retell painful events in detail. Your brain does the healing; you stay in control the entire time.
Customized Therapy Intensives
Sometimes weekly sessions aren't the right pace for the work you're ready to do. Therapy intensives offer concentrated, extended time on a single focus: hours instead of weeks, depth instead of drip. Every intensive is fully customized.
Common themes include:
-
Trauma and complex trauma (PTSD & C-PTSD)
-
ART-focused intensives
-
Anxiety and overwhelm
-
Depression
-
Grief
Meditation, Yoga & Mindfulness
Here's what makes Evoke different: mindfulness isn't a separate service or an optional add-on. It's integrated into every session and the entire approach. Sidni trained for five immersive weeks in Indonesia as a certified yoga and meditation teacher, and she brings that training into the therapy room daily: breathwork for coping, grounding techniques for regulation, and movement-based practices for enhanced performance in everyday life. Whether you're working through trauma, managing anxiety, or simply learning to feel at home in your own body, you'll leave each session with mind-body tools that work long after the hour ends.
Speaking Engagements & Group Sessions
Sidni is available for speaking engagements, workshops, and group sessions on mental health, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and holistic wellness for workplaces, organizations, and community groups across Indianapolis and beyond. Group and travel sessions can also be arranged for families, teams, and private gatherings.
ESA Letter & Evaluation
For many people, an animal companion is a genuine part of mental health care, just ask JQ, the Evoke studio's resident wellness cat. Evoke provides ESA letter evaluations for clients who qualify.
The process includes a clinical assessment to determine whether an emotional support animal is an appropriate and beneficial part of your treatment. If so, you'll receive proper documentation from a licensed clinician, done right, done ethically.
Parts Work: An IFS-Informed Practice
Ever feel like one part of you wants change while another part hits the brakes? That's not a flaw, that's being human. Evoke's approach includes parts work, informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), a gentle, powerful framework for understanding the different "parts" of yourself: the protector, the perfectionist, the inner critic, the wounded inner child. Rather than fighting these parts, we get curious about them and help them work together. Parts work is especially meaningful for trauma healing, inner child work, cycle-breaking, and anyone who's ever thought, "I know better, so why do I keep doing this?"
